Our partner is a Swiss financial institution active with individuals, businesses and public sector actors. It offers a variety of financial services and operates in a demanding environment where service quality, proximity and reliability are central. As part of strengthening its Internal Audit team, it is currently looking for a 80-100% Internal Auditor to participate in audit assignments, contribute to risk analysis and support the evolution of the function's methodological framework.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You independently participate in internal audit assignments by analysing processes, risks and controls in a demanding environment
- You actively contribute to the development and improvement of internal audit methodologies while participating in the evolution of the function's standards and practices
- You collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders as well as with external audit firms to ensure rigorous follow-up of recommendations and analyses
- You participate in risk identification and the development of the annual and multi-year audit plan by bringing your analytical skills and critical perspective
- You write structured and concise reports while communicating professionally with the company's various stakeholders
You offer your new employer
- You hold a higher commercial or legal education, ideally complemented by a specialisation in audit, compliance
- You have proven experience in audit, supervision or internal audit within a financial institution or an audit firm
- You are fluent in French or German and have good knowledge of the other language to operate easily in a bilingual environment
- You are comfortable with common office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word as well as with documentary and methodological environments related to audit
- You demonstrate autonomy, rigour and excellent synthesis skills while enjoying working with different stakeholders and sometimes supporting a small team
