Our client is an innovative Swiss company specialising in intelligent labelling and marking solutions. From automated labelling robots to highly precise printing systems, bespoke solutions for industrial applications are created here. To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who enjoys customer contact and has a high degree of personal responsibility.
Tasks
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated labelling and printing systems at customers throughout Switzerland as well as in the workshop
- You work with modern controls, sensor technology, pneumatics, and electrical engineering to ensure smooth operation of the systems
- Technical support and advice for customers, suppliers, and internal contacts – by phone and on site
- Creation of technical documentation, service reports, and project-related documents
- Independent planning and coordination of your service assignments as well as responsibility for timely execution
Profile
- Completed technical basic training (EFZ) with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, or automation, for example as an automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer, or comparable
- Ideally, you have experience with PLC controls, electrical schematics, and knowledge in the mechanical field
- You have experience in direct customer contact and convince with a solution-oriented, independent working style
- Good IT user skills and a structured way of working complete your profile
- French and/or English skills are an advantage
- Driving licence category B is mandatory
