Role:
As a service technician for ventilation and heating systems, you ensure the reliable operation of existing building technology systems and are responsible for the professional handling of your service orders. From fault rectification and maintenance to repairs, modernisations and conversions, you handle a versatile range of tasks, ensuring economical and timely execution. As a competent interface to customers and internal specialists, you contribute significantly to high service quality and sustainable customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of service orders in the ventilation and heating sector
Planning and execution of assigned tasks considering deadlines, costs and quality requirements
Carrying out maintenance, servicing and inspection work on existing systems
Systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting on ventilation and heating systems
Performing repairs and technical restorations
Accompanying and implementing modernisations and system conversions
Assessing the technical condition of existing systems and identifying optimisation and action needs
Proper testing and ensuring functionality and operational safety
Documenting completed work and thorough order follow-up
Competent advice and support of customers on site
Coordination and alignment with internal specialists and other project participants
Ensuring a reliable, customer-oriented and professional service process
Qualifications:
Completed training as a heating installer or comparable technical qualification
Further training as a ventilation service technician is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally in ventilation, air conditioning and building technology
Solid knowledge in maintenance, servicing and repair of building technology systems
Good technical understanding and enjoyment of varied service tasks
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of personal contact with customers
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility as well as reliable and quality-conscious working
Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate with internal specialists
Confident and professional appearance in the customer environment
Fluent German language skills
