On behalf of our market-leading client from Basel, we are looking for an assembly worker (m/f) with additional tasks in personnel deployment and production planning starting January 2027. Initially, this is a temporary assignment with the option of permanent employment.

You bring with you:

• craft training or manual skills
• technical understanding
• very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• a calm, focused working style
• reliability, resilience, ability to work in a team
• leadership experience (advantageous)

Your tasks include:

• assembly of components for laboratory technology according to plan and parts list
• personnel deployment and production planning
• professional and organisational staff management
• ensuring agreed delivery dates and customer orders
• quality control
• training new and existing employees
• conducting employee evaluations and discussions
• possibly temporary assistance in the logistics department
• responsibility for and monitoring of warehouse management and stock levels
• goods receipt and incoming inspection including processing in the ERP system
• data maintenance
