An HVAC Project Manager M/F

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, :

You will manage HVAC projects (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction) from design to operation (SIA phases 2 to 6) while supervising designers and ensuring quality, costs and deadlines.

Key missions by SIA phase

• SIA 2 (Feasibility) & SIA 6 (Operation): Technical monitoring and support for internal teams.

• SIA 3 (Studies): HVAC concepts, sizing, MCR diagrams, financial estimates and CVSE coordination.

• SIA 4 (Tendering): Drafting submissions (CFC), comparative analysis of offers and awards.

• SIA 5 (Realisation): Technical site monitoring, cost/extra charge management, testing, commissioning and acceptance.

• Cross-functional management: Financial monitoring of projects, compliance with ISO requirements and contract, interface management (architects, companies) and support for acquisitions.

Profile sought

• Education: EPF / HES Engineer (or equivalent) in HVAC.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in HVAC, including at least 2 years in a design office in Switzerland.

• Skills: Mastery of Swiss standards, HVAC/MCR, MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Interest in decarbonisation.

• Qualities: Proactive leader, rigorous, pragmatic and good communicator.

• Advantages: REVIT / BIM, site management, Visual Basic, skills in Refrigeration/Sanitary/Fire, languages (German/English).
