Manager and Sellers for Refreshment Stand & Oron Ice Rink

Your mission

We are looking for dynamic, organised, autonomous and versatile individuals to take responsibility for the refreshment stand and ensure the smooth daily operation of the ice rink.

You will be a central part of welcoming the public and contribute to providing a pleasant and friendly experience for our visitors, families, groups and school classes.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome and inform the public with a smile and professionalism.
• Welcome and accompany school classes and various groups.
• Manage the refreshment stand / snack bar: preparation and sale of drinks, snacks and light meals.
• Handle payments and manage the cash register.
• Ensure the provision, collection, cleaning and storage of skates.
• Ensure the good condition and cleanliness of the equipment provided.
• Clean and maintain the premises, the refreshment stand, reception areas and common zones.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene and safety rules.
• Open and close the facilities as required.
• Manage stocks of drinks, snacks, cleaning products and necessary equipment for the activity.
• Report any technical problems, maintenance needs or special situations.
• Contribute generally to the smooth running and good upkeep of the ice rink.

Profile

We are looking for a person who is:

• Autonomous, reliable and responsible
• Comfortable interacting with the public, children and groups
• Friendly, welcoming and with a good sense of service
• Organised and versatile, able to switch between reception, refreshment stand or cleaning as needed
• Comfortable managing a cash register and simple administrative tasks
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Attentive to cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Available to work according to the ice rink’s opening hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Experience in catering, sales, public reception or managing a sports facility is an asset, but we primarily value your motivation, reliability and sense of service.
