Machine and Plant Operator in Food Production

What you will achieve

• You operate and monitor machines and production plants efficiently and safely.
• You set machines precisely, helping to reduce waste, downtime and material losses.
• You monitor production processes and product quality and document relevant production data.
• You carry out inspections and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• You consistently observe hygiene, quality and safety standards and contribute to allergen and contamination management.
• You prepare production batches according to specifications and contribute to continuous improvements.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: You have completed a vocational training EFZ, for example as a food technologist, cook, butcher or plant operator - or have equivalent experience in a comparable position.
• Professional experience: You bring experience in food production and ideally several years of practice in operating machines and production plants. You understand technical processes and are familiar with production plants as well as ideally with CIP systems and product control systems.
• You have German language skills at least at level B2.
• You know the requirements for quality, safety and hygiene, especially HACCP.
• You have knowledge in maintenance and servicing (TPM) and ideally experience with LEAN and shopfloor management.
• You work in a structured, independent and team-oriented manner and find solutions even in challenging situations.
