Your tasks

Production management

• Drive the daily quality performance of a manufacturing workshop.
• Ensure monitoring of quality indicators and implement necessary actions to improve them.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards within production areas.
• Participate in management meetings and quality performance reviews.

Non-conformity management

• Identify, analyse and address quality incidents.
• Ensure monitoring and validation of the effectiveness of actions taken.

Technical support and continuous improvement

• Support teams during production launches.
• Raise awareness and train employees in good quality practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing and control processes.

Your profile

Education

• ES Technician in Microtechnology
• ES Technician in Mechanics
• HES Engineer in Microtechnology or Mechanics

Experience

• Knowledge of the watchmaking, microtechnology or precision mechanics industry is appreciated.
