Abacus Support Consultant - Fiduciary & Accounting (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You support customers with questions regarding Abacus by phone, email, ticket system, and remote access.
You analyse support requests and independently find suitable solutions or involve internal specialists if necessary.
You document support cases and ensure proper follow-up.
You assist with minor Abacus configurations and adjustments as well as with testing.
You work closely with consultants and other specialists.
You support users with questions and contribute to the further development of support processes.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education, ideally with experience in the fiduciary sector.
You have very good user knowledge of Abacus, preferably in the areas of finance and/or payroll.
You bring good knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, or fiduciary services.
You enjoy customer contact, support, and digital solutions.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and reliably and have a high service orientation.
You are willing to develop professionally and technically.
Very good German skills are a prerequisite; further language skills are an advantage.
