Job description:

• Preparation of entry, exit inventories as well as preliminary reports.
• Technical follow-up and ensuring the proper maintenance of the portfolio of individual lots based on owners' instructions and internal guidelines.
• Organisation, management and execution of maintenance, renovation and apartment transformation works.
• Planning of works, regular visits to managed properties and meetings with owners.
• Viewing of properties for re-letting purposes.
• Handling telephone calls.
• Preparation and follow-up of purchase orders and quotes.
• Management and follow-up of claims.
• Processing of invoices.

• Solid experience as a technical manager within a real estate agency.
• Good knowledge of Quorum is an advantage.
• Good command of IT tools.
• Being organised.
• Driving licence.
