CNC Polymechanic (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You set up CNC turning and milling machines and monitor production
You assist in the training of apprentices in the CNC manufacturing area
You create and optimise CNC programmes for various workpieces
You carry out quality controls and ensure dimensional accuracy
You maintain machines and ensure smooth production processes
You actively participate in improvement processes in manufacturing
You contribute to the further development of modern training methods
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ
Further training as a CNC specialist or equivalent qualification
Solid experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in working with apprentices are an advantage
Independent, responsible and team-oriented working style
