Your mission

Your role, within the framework of the InterServices Unit (CIS), is to coordinate the entire activity of the CIS (lower secondary and upper secondary), while ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the measures and guidelines defined by the CIS.

To this end, your mission is to organise, conduct and coordinate the regional CIS meetings as well as the follow-ups of situations, ensuring rapid decision-making.

You ensure communication with beneficiaries and the schools and post-school institutions (vocational schools, grammar schools, etc.) concerned by situations handled within the CIS. You also monitor the measures taken by the various partners within the CIS framework. You must maintain regular contact with the various partners and services linked to the CIS, legal representatives, young people and build networks.

Your profile

Holder of a HES diploma or possessing equivalent experience or skills, you have knowledge of the Vaud school system and vocational training.

You have a comprehensive view of the different actors likely to offer support to this population. You have a genuine interest in seeking cross-sectoral/multidisciplinary solutions, while emphasising prevention and early intervention for young people in difficulty.

Dynamic and an excellent communicator, your interpersonal skills allow you to understand and manage the issues of the various services related to the CIS. You have very good writing skills and good knowledge of IT tools.
