Accountant (M/F) - 100% – Permanent Contract
Your responsibilities
Within our Accounting/Finance department, you will actively participate in the company’s accounting management. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Customer accounting management
- Posting customer invoices.
- Monitoring customer accounts and following up on unpaid invoices.
- Regular contact with managers to ensure effective file tracking.
2. Management of payment postings
- Posting payments received.
- Matching and reconciling accounts.
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
3. General accounting
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
- Participation in monthly and annual closings.
Profile sought
- Training in accounting (CFC commercial employee, diploma or equivalent training).
- Proven experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Swiss accounting principles.
- Proficiency with IT tools and accounting software.
- Person who is rigorous, organised and reliable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
