- Lead the relocation processes, from marketing vacant properties to selecting candidates and preparing lease agreements.
- Conduct property visits, carry out entry and exit condition reports and ensure regular inspections of the buildings.
- Oversee the technical maintenance of the properties, coordinate service providers’ interventions and support maintenance and renovation works.
Complete management and follow-up of legal files and owner requests.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and the enhancement of the entrusted real estate assets.
Your strengths and experience
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by further training in property management.

- You master the administrative processes of property management.
- You demonstrate autonomy, excellent organisational skills and a structured, rigorous working method.
- You possess a strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to take initiative.
- You know how to manage priorities, are flexible and maintain a solution-oriented approach, even in demanding situations.
- You are proficient with common IT tools (Microsoft Office). Good knowledge of the GREM software is essential.
