Role:
You are responsible for the programming of CNC machines and contribute through your expertise in production planning and optimisation to an efficient production process. You work independently, support your team and ensure the quality of the manufactured components.
Responsibilities:
Independently creating and optimising CNC programmes for milling machines (Heidenhain) and turn-mill centres (Bumotec, Fanuc)
Adapting existing programmes and maintaining setup sheets as well as production documentation
Supporting the setup of CNC machines
Deputising for and supporting team members
Quality control of manufactured components according to specifications
Contributing to the optimisation of production processes (KVP, 5S)
Qualifications:
Completed training as a polymechanic specialising in milling or turning
Several years of experience in CNC milling and/or turning (Fanuc control, up to 5-axis)
Experience in CAM programming, ideally with Top Solid
Precise, independent and structured working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Confident reading of technical drawings and 3D models
