Gard Door System SA (GDS), a Valais-based company specialising in the supply and installation of garage doors, industrial doors, fire doors and motorised gates, is looking for a Industrial Door Fitter to strengthen its technical team.

Your tasks:

Assembly and installation of garage doors, industrial doors, sectional doors and motorised gates at our clients’ premises (private individuals, industries, local authorities).

Troubleshooting and preventive/corrective maintenance of installations.

Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults. Reading plans and technical diagrams.

Compliance with safety instructions on site.

Your profile:

Technical CFC or solid professional experience in a similar field (locksmithing, metal construction, automation, maintenance).

Driving licence essential.

Trailer and forklift licences, or willingness to obtain them.

Knowledge of electrical engineering desirable.

Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Fluent spoken and written French.

Organised, conscientious, motivated and well-presented individual.

Customer service orientation and team spirit.
