As a multi-branch manager, you will play a key role in actively supporting our brokers in preparing offers, monitoring, and developing business relationships. You will join their efforts to achieve a common goal: customer satisfaction. 

What You Can Achieve With Us

Your main mission will be to prepare multi-branch offers for our agency brokers. Additionally, you will ensure the essential link between them and our specialised services.

Thanks to your organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as your ease with administrative tasks, you will prepare offers, process proposals, and develop relationships with your broker partners.

In collaboration with your colleagues, you will contribute to creating the ideal conditions for optimal business processing.

What You Bring

• Training as a commercial employee
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the private insurance sector
• A personality that enjoys human contact and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and pragmatically
• Authentic, empathetic nature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to continuously develop and proactively enhance technical skills
• Proficiency with IT tools

Your workload is negotiable starting from 80%.

To perform this role, the Insurance Supervision Act requires AFA insurance intermediary training, non-life and life profile. If this certificate is not available, we will gladly assist you by organising tailored internal training.
