Service Technician - Romandie (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you technically skilled, enjoy working independently, and appreciate direct customer contact? In this versatile role, you will support modern storage systems and technical equipment directly at the customer’s site. From maintenance and commissioning to repairs, demonstrations, and training, you ensure reliable and safe system operation.
Responsibilities:
Performing maintenance and safety inspections on storage systems
Setting up, installing, and commissioning machines and systems
Carrying out repairs and maintenance work as well as assessing technical equipment
Analysing and resolving technical faults
Conducting machine demonstrations and customer training
Competent on-site customer support and advice
Qualifications:
Completed technical training as electrician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, or mechatronics technician EFZ
Good mechanical knowledge and strong manual skills
Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
Good communication and organisational skills
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and varied field service assignments
Willingness to travel within Switzerland with occasional overnight stays
Bilingual in German and French
Driving licence Category B
