In this position, you ensure the technical quality and reliability of modern vehicles during operation, testing and optimisation. You analyse operational data, handle technical deviations and support tests as well as improvement measures directly on the vehicle. As a central interface, you work closely with customers, internal departments and suppliers and contribute to the successful further development of the vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Recording, evaluation and maintenance of operation-relevant vehicle data (RAMS)
Analysis and rectification of faults and technical deviations during ongoing operation
Handling of warranty and rework points including recording of necessary measurement and test data
Support in the optimisation and further development of vehicle components and systems
Ensuring complete and comprehensible fault and measurement documentation
Participation in the execution of type tests and technical validations
Conducting test drives and function tests at customer sites
Coordination and alignment with customers, departments and suppliers
Support in analysing operational experiences and deriving technical improvement measures
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical fitter, automation technician or a comparable technical basic education
Experience in electrical engineering, vehicle technology, commissioning or technical service is an advantage
Confident handling of IT systems and technical documentation tools
Ability to analyse fault patterns and technical contexts in a structured manner
Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
Strong organisational skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
Solution-oriented personality with enthusiasm for practical problem solving
Willingness to collaborate with different specialist departments and external partners
Foreign language skills are an advantage
Fluent German skills
