Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a customer-oriented and articulate individual to strengthen the internal sales team of an internationally active industrial company. The company develops and sells high-quality technical products and system solutions for customers from industry, construction, and commerce, and impresses with innovation, quality, and a strong service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Telephone and written support of customers and sales partners at home and abroad
Preparation, processing, and follow-up of quotations
Technical advice on products, applications, and delivery options
Recording and processing of customer orders in the ERP system
Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
Support of the field sales team in customer projects and administrative tasks
Handling complaints and assisting in finding solutions
Maintenance of customer, article, and master data
Close cooperation with purchasing, production, logistics, and technical departments
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Further training as a Technical Salesperson or Sales Specialist with a Federal Diploma is an advantage
Professional experience in technical internal sales, customer service, or order management
Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills, Italian is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
