As a Bonus & Refund Clerk (m/f/d) in the Financial Sales Support of AMAG Import, you ensure the correct and timely processing of bonuses and refunds. You maintain master data and check data and documents in SAP, liaise with various internal and external contacts and carry out random checks. With your quality awareness and system affinity, you contribute to ensuring that our guidelines and processes are reliably adhered to.

What you can achieve with us

• Bonus & Refunds: You ensure that all bonuses and refunds are processed correctly and on time
• Data management: You maintain master data, update vehicle and customer data and ensure high quality of our data and master data in SAP as well as CRM
• Quality assurance: You combine digital checks with targeted random checks at our trading partners on site and thus make an important contribution to compliance with guidelines and processes (field service share approx. 10-15%)
• Customer contact: You work closely with trading partners as well as various internal contacts and are a competent point of contact for all refund topics
• Analyses & projects: You create evaluations and analyses, support closing work and contribute to smaller projects and process optimisations

What you bring with you

• Experience: You bring initial professional experience and ideally have already gained insights into sales, customer or trading processes
• Education / training: You have completed commercial training
• Digital skills: You work confidently with the M365 applications and ideally have knowledge of SAP and CRM systems
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and can additionally communicate in French, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Personality fit: You enjoy working with numbers, are interested in the automotive industry and convince with your careful, independent and analytical way of working
