The position is attached to the Operations Department . This department is responsible for ensuring the stewardship and logistics necessary for the smooth running of all HUG services, in terms of catering, cleaning and disinfection of premises, and laundry hygiene. It also manages the sterilisation service, the biomedical and equipment service, as well as Cressy-Santé. More than 1,300 professionals carry out their duties daily with constant attention to quality, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.

The Cressy Santé centre, the only balneotherapy centre in Geneva that welcomes people with reduced mobility for rehabilitation and readaptation, hosts individuals wishing to heal and relax in a large wellness area. Covering 2400 m2, it includes, among other things, a 300 m2 pool, a large jacuzzi, a relaxation room, a sauna, a hammam, an odour therapy room, a fitness area, and a 27 m2 rehabilitation and physiotherapy pool. All Cressy Santé facilities are designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility.

As part of your role, you welcome and provide information to all persons presenting at the Cressy Baths reception (patients and a diverse clientele).

You are responsible for processing payments for entries, subscriptions, and all other services (cash, credit cards, gift vouchers).

You handle telephone duties as well as appointment scheduling for external providers such as beauticians, masseurs, etc., and you prepare the wellness treatment rooms.

You advise, promote, and sell the various services of the Cressy Baths and perform various administrative tasks (accounting and invoicing, producing statistics, managing the parking system, stock management, and the e-boutique).

You have a high resistance to stress, excellent concentration skills, the ability to handle unforeseen events, and proven versatility for a multi-task role.

You are capable of defusing complex and/or conflictual situations with a diverse clientele.

You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee, or a diploma from a hotel or tourism school, or an equivalent qualification.

You are comfortable with IT tools, particularly the GTS application for managing the Baths (sales, payments, invoicing, client/patient flow management, cash register management, external provider scheduling) and the GatRelax application for locker management.

You have an in-depth knowledge of the services of a care centre (physiotherapy, rehabilitation, readaptation) and wellness (balneotherapy, massages, and beauty treatments).

You have excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English and another foreign language is an asset.

You have at least three years’ experience in a reception and front desk role with cash handling.

The position involves irregular hours between 8:00 and 21:30, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
