Recruitment Consultant 100% Construction & Construction-Related Trades Olten

Job Description

• You create appealing job advertisements, conduct exciting conversations with candidates, and find suitable jobs for them.
• At the same time, you build your own client portfolio, actively acquire new companies in the region, and develop existing relationships in the long term.
• You competently advise clients on their personnel needs and match the right candidates with the appropriate companies.
• You take over the entire recruiting process from searching for suitable specialists through interviews to successful placement.
• As a central contact person, you support both clients and employees with personnel-related questions.
• You are also active outside the office. You represent our company, contribute your own ideas, and organise customer and employee events.

We expect

• Completed apprenticeship EFZ in main or secondary construction trades (road builder, bricklayer, plumber, painter, roofer, etc.) or at least 2 years of sales experience with a construction background
• Strong communication skills
• Initiative, goal orientation, and enthusiasm for sales activities
• Good PC skills
• You come from Olten or the surrounding area and know it well
• Driving licence category B
