In this role, you ensure that our financial figures are always reliable, transparent and meaningful. You lead and develop the accounting team and ensure that requirements and deadlines are met, and that processes are designed efficiently and continuously improved. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to sound corporate management and long-term development.

HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Responsibility for the correct bookkeeping of the general ledger as well as all subsidiary ledgers

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS

Management and maintenance of the rental contract system

Interface function to our group companies

Responsibility for tax returns/declarations of various cantons

Support of the auditing firms

Leading the accounting team with two employees and one commercial apprentice

Support of our CFO / Head of Finance & Services

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

Commercial training or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience in accounting as well as very good knowledge of the Swiss accounting standards (OR, Swiss GAAP, taxes)

Ideally further training in finance and accounting

Analytical thinking and affinity for digital tools

Experience with Abacus is a plus

Leadership experience is an advantage

Very good German skills in spoken and written form, ideally also French skills (branch contact) as well as English skills (group language of the parent company)
