IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You provide first- and second-level support on-site and remotely
You analyse and resolve issues with client and server systems
You handle support requests via telephone, email and ticket system
You manage user accounts, permissions and access rights
You install and update software and operating systems and assist with networks, printers and peripheral devices
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ in system technology or platform development
You have solid Microsoft knowledge in Windows, Office, Active Directory and Exchange
You are familiar with networks, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and common network technologies
You are team-oriented, communicative and service-minded and enjoy learning new technologies and cloud solutions
You have very good German skills and a category B driving licence
