Deputy Team Leader Picking (m/f/d)

• You organise the daily business and ensure a smooth process in picking
• You plan and coordinate customer orders, ensure their timely execution and clarify any deviations
• You support the leadership and care of employees and deputise in the absence of the team leader
• You issue instructions within the framework of the company regulations and ensure occupational safety, order and cleanliness
• Various accounting tasks as part of the month-end closing also belong to your duties

• Good IT skills support you in your daily work
• A structured, independent and assertive working style characterises you
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility complete your profile
• Ideally, you have completed training in the logistics sector
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage or you are ready to take the next step towards management
