Role:
You bring order to complex business processes and turn them into functioning software. As an ERP project manager, you independently manage projects around Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and are responsible for results, quality, and deadlines. Clients appreciate you as a sparring partner who listens, questions, and finds pragmatic solutions. Your work does not end after the go-live. You specifically develop your clients’ system landscape further.
Responsibilities:
You lead implementation, migration, and expansion projects for ERP systems from analysis to handover to operations.
Together with clients, you gather requirements in workshops and model digital target processes for sales, warehouse, finance, HR, and procurement.
This also includes designing interfaces and integrations with adjacent platforms and third-party applications.
You prepare master and transaction data, create data mapping, and support the transfer into the new system.
Furthermore, you define test cases, coordinate acceptance tests, and ensure a stable cutover with subsequent hypercare.
You also lead developers, consultants, and external partners purposefully through all project phases.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience managing ERP projects or similar software initiatives.
You combine a technical or commercial basic education with solid process knowledge and strong IT understanding.
Sound knowledge in data migration as well as the interaction of databases and third-party systems completes your profile.
Additionally, you specify requirements for custom developments precisely and consistently follow up on their implementation.
You apply project management methods situationally, whether classic, agile, or hybrid.
You keep a cool head even with multiple parallel streams and communicate clearly and convincingly in German.
