Since 2014, Vitaloria, a home care organisation (OSAD), has been supporting people at home who wish to live there safely and with dignity. Our strength: carers who know their patients, and patients who know their carers.

Today, Vitaloria is expanding. We are opening new regions and looking for nurses who want to build something with us.

The positions

Position 1 – Riviera · 80%, evolving to 100%

• Permanent contract, fixed rate, with fixed working days
• Technical care at home
• A good knowledge of wounds and healing is a valued asset

Position 2 – La Côte · pool nurse from 10%

• Permanent contract, hourly contract
• A developing region: you welcome the first patients for basic and technical care
• With the growth of the patient base, your activity focuses on technical care
• In the short and medium term, your position evolves towards a fixed contract with fixed working days, in line with the region's development
• Depending on the area's development, your skills and profile, you may progress to the position of regional manager

Position 3 – Nord Broye · pool nurse from 10%

• Permanent contract, hourly contract
• A developing region: you welcome the first patients for basic and technical care
• With the growth of the patient base, your activity focuses on technical care
• In the short and medium term, your position evolves towards a fixed contract with fixed working days, in line with the region's development
• Depending on the area's development, your skills and profile, you may progress to the position of regional manager

Position 4 – Châtel-St-Denis–Bulle · 50%, evolving

• Permanent contract, fixed rate, with fixed working days
• A developing region: you welcome the first patients for basic and technical care
• With the growth of the patient base, your rate evolves and your activity focuses on technical care
• Depending on the area's development, your skills and profile, you may progress to the position of regional manager

Position 5 – Lausanne region · 3 positions at 100%

• Permanent contract, fixed rate, with fixed working days
• Exclusive support of a private patient, 24/7, within a small dedicated team
• Shift work: days, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality

Your profile

• Nursing diploma (HES, ES or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross)
• A CAS or postgraduate training is an asset
• Autonomy, organisational skills and a taste for home care
• Developed clinical reasoning
• Listening, respect for the person and their choices
• Driving licence and vehicle

Conditions: according to the collective agreement applicable in the canton of the position. Your experience and training are taken into account.

Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
