What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dynamic planner & dispatcher who keeps an overview in the hectic daily routine and holds the reins.

• Operational purchasing and precise scheduling of food products

• Weekly goods planning in close cooperation with the sales team

• Creation of meaningful forecasts

• Responsible management of all transport orders

• Exciting visits to producers and suppliers on site

• Professional monitoring of stock levels and storage conditions

• Quality assurance through supplier evaluation and certification monitoring

• Preparation of invoices, statistics and reports

• Creative involvement in innovative projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in agriculture, food or commercial sector

• Solid purchasing experience

• Passion for food and a strong sense of quality

• Exceptional organisational talent with an overview even in turbulent times

• Highly independent working style

• Reliable coordination skills between all parties involved

• Confident handling of MS Office

• Solid ERP knowledge

• Fluent communication in German and French
