Network Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take over the management of external network partners who are authorised to make changes to the network
You are responsible for coordination and fault resolution as well as the handling of technical enquiries
You also actively contribute to the network architecture and propose technological improvements
Your tasks also include lifecycle management and regular inventory checks
Qualifications:
You have a Master’s degree in network engineering or comparable experience with over 10 years of practice in complex network environments
Your expertise includes WAN technologies, IP routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP), data centre architectures such as spine-leaf and Cisco ACI, as well as experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, and F5 devices
You bring profound knowledge of TCP/IP, SDN, ACI, and fixed-line/mobile standards. Your communication skills, including in English, as well as your willingness for network support deployments additionally distinguish you
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
