Training Advisor (m/f/d)

What to expect
As a training advisor, you will supervise all apprenticeships in a group of professions. You
- supervise apprenticeships and training
- advise the contracting parties on all questions regarding the apprenticeship contract and training
- mediate in case of disagreements in the apprenticeship relationship
- examine new training places
- participate in inter-company courses and specialist commissions
- contribute to the training, advice, and support of trainers
What distinguishes you
In this varied and demanding field of work, you approach young people as openly as the concerns of training companies. A solid vocational education, continuous further training, several years of professional experience as a trainer, a broad general education, very good written and oral communication skills, as well as good knowledge of IT tools are required. In addition to negotiation skills in dealing with apprentices, training companies, associations, and authorities, you also bring an interest in vocational education and enjoy working with young people.
