• You have a completed banking education or an equivalent level in one of the finance fields (financing, investments, insurance and financial planning)
• You have solid experience in financial advice and know how to create solutions tailored to clients’ needs
• You are well acquainted with the regional economic fabric and understand the local challenges
• You have an active network of clients and contacts in the region and enjoy developing it
• You have a professional appearance and ease in communication that allow you to build trusting relationships
