Your tasks

The needs of our customers are your priority. You are responsible for...

• developing new customer relationships and ensuring the follow-up of existing ones
• technical advice and support for customers in Ticino and Romandy
• active sales as well as carrying out actions in close collaboration with the external sales department
• market observation and corresponding reporting to the external service and the company manager
• independently identifying parts and fully processing orders in SAP

Your qualifications

As a spare parts professional with good communication skills, you have...

• a technical or commercial training in the heavy goods vehicle sector.
• Ideally, experience in the sale of automotive or commercial vehicle parts.
• a team spirit and a customer satisfaction orientation
• a reliable, autonomous and goal- and solution-oriented working method
• fluency in Italian is essential
