Test Bench Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Setting up, installing and commissioning compressors on the test bench including carrying out trial runs - partly in the presence of customers
• Carrying out leak and functional tests
• Analysing faults and independently troubleshooting compressors
• Using modern measuring technology and evaluating as well as documenting test results
• Carrying out acceptance tests with internal departments, external customers and inspectors
• Participating in optimisation and improvement projects in the test bench area

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic (ideally specialising in assembly), automotive mechatronics technician, truck, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or comparable training
• Experience in assembly, construction or commissioning of larger machines or industrial plants is an advantage
• Experience in handling overhead cranes
• Being free from vertigo and good physical resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1), English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Strong quality awareness as well as a structured and independent way of working
