The solution "IT Base Infrastructure" provides cloud and platform services, data and messaging infrastructure, API management as well as developer experience for the entire SBB. Our Agile Release Train (ART) "Cloud Foundation" provides the computing services for applications and technical services as well as the necessary network and application security, thus offering the basic infrastructure for the IT services and IT solutions of SBB. As Product Manager for the ART Cloud Foundation, you take the helm of the product portfolio. You define the strategy, set clear priorities and orchestrate the implementation together with product owners and technical teams. You drive ART-wide initiatives forward, actively participate in service leadership and transform platform services into real enablers for product teams. You shape the foundation on which the SBB applications run. What you can achieve.

• As Product Manager for Cloud Foundation, you manage the product portfolio, align the strategy and thus create the technological basis for stable and secure applications of SBB.
• Together with the solution management and the product owners, you develop the product vision and roadmap and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• With professional leadership and coaching, you strengthen the product owners in the Agile Release Train and prioritise as well as coordinate their workflows.
• Along the entire product lifecycle, you identify the needs of customers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the solutions provide tangible benefits.
• You ensure availability, quality and business relevance and are responsible for the impact based on clear metrics and target agreements.
• You plan and coordinate releases with internal and external partners, ensure transparency in dialogue with stakeholders and work closely with legal, compliance, operations, development, support and finance.

What you bring with you.

• With your development-oriented and results-oriented leadership, you strengthen teams, foster trust and enable self-responsible collaboration.
• With clear communication, you reach different stakeholders and convey complex matters understandably.
• You have solid experience in agile working methods and bring several years of practice as a product manager or product owner, ideally in scaled environments with an Agile Release Train.
• You set priorities confidently and coordinate workflows across multiple teams while consistently further developing strategy and roadmap.
• You bring broad technical knowledge in public cloud, private cloud, sovereign cloud, data centre infrastructure, network and application security.
• You master German at least at level C1 and English at level B2.
