These are your tasks
- Lead the "Network Control Centre 7/24" team with nine employees both personnel-wise and professionally
- Monitor service delivery along the core processes of network infrastructure 24/7 and handle and coordinate faults
- Coordinate and optimise processes within the team and with the interfaces of operational control
- Support and professionally accompany the development of employees
- Create deployment and shift plans
- Maintain the operational documentation of the control centre and train employees as needed
This is what sets you apart
- Technical basic training, ideally in IT, electrical engineering or building technology
- Completion of a higher technical college or professional examination with a federal diploma
- Technical knowledge of the operation and processes of a control centre as well as the legal framework conditions for shift work
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with leadership responsibility
- Holistic thinking and strong implementation skills
