Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Develop and take technical responsibility for demanding features and central services hands-on in the .NET environment.
Further develop architectural principles, technical standards and best practices together with lead developers and architecture managers.
Design and optimise scalable microservices, REST APIs and event-based integrations using technologies such as Kafka.
Support the team through code reviews, technical coaching and active knowledge sharing on complex issues.
Continuously improve development processes with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, test automation as well as monitoring and observability.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in modern software development and solid .NET knowledge; experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
Proven practice with microservices, REST APIs, Kafka or comparable technologies and distributed systems.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab or Jenkins as well as observability with Prometheus or Grafana.
Technical leadership experience and confident application of modern engineering practices and agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban.
Analytical and communicative strength, enjoyment of coaching and knowledge sharing as well as very good German and good English skills.
