Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)*

• Independent diagnosis and troubleshooting of our production equipment
• Repair and maintenance work, independent parts manufacturing in exceptional cases
• Continuous improvements and optimisations of production lines through inspections and monitoring
• Documentation of work using our maintenance software
• Support with adjustment and setup tasks
• Participation and documentation in spare parts procurement
• Involvement in workshops to improve processes, equipment, and LEAN activities

• Technical 4-year basic training (polytechnic, agricultural machinery, automotive mechanic, mechatronics) or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to work morning or evening shifts in addition to regular daytime hours
• Motivated and positive personality
• Networked thinking and systematic approach
• High team spirit, good communication skills
• Interest in exciting and challenging tasks
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Willingness to continue learning and good German language skills
