Role:

Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination, and implementation of interior fit-out and building envelope projects for workplace solutions
Monitoring and ensuring of cost, schedule, quality, and safety standards
Management and supervision of external partners, suppliers, and subcontractors
Support and training of project teams and site management mandates
Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications:
Qualification as a construction manager or building technician
Several years of experience in construction management or project management of interior fit-out or building envelope projects
Confident use of Messerli Bauad, AutoCAD, and MS Project
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and/or English skills are an advantage
