Securities & Customer Support Clerk 80 - 100 %

Your Role

At the headquarters in Zurich, you will take on a central role at the interface between clients, client advisors, custodian banks and internal specialist departments. You can expect a versatile position with insight into different areas of the asset management business. You will support the team in operational day-to-day business (approx. 80%), actively contribute to processes and gradually take on more responsibility in marketing activities (approx. 20%). Your Tasks

- Support of client advisors in all matters (preparation for client visits, openings, changes, contract management, creation of special extracts, statistics, etc.)

- Coordination and clarifications with custodian banks and external partners

- Maintenance and management of client data in CRM and portfolio management system

- Participation in mailings, periodic closings and marketing/communication measures (content management on website, client portal and LinkedIn)

- Support and involvement in cross-departmental projects - e.g. on topics such as CRM, pension, marketing, human resources, legal & compliance, real estate, etc.

- Organisation and accompaniment of two to four client events per year

- Reception of clients as well as management of the telephone switchboard (approx. 1 day per week)

- Support in office management and organisational tasks

Your Profile

- Commercial basic training, professional experience ideally in the financial sector - Bachelor’s degree with a business focus is an advantage

- Strong IT affinity and interconnected thinking: You naturally work with Microsoft 365 productivity tools and other intuitive applications

- Confident German and good understanding of Swiss German; good English skills for occasional needs

- Structured, reliable working style with a high quality standard - and the desire to help shape rather than just execute
