- Analysis of Needs Calculation (from office supplies to raw materials)
- Optimisation of company purchases
- Development of lasting relationships with suppliers and participation in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes
- Research, selection, and evaluation of suppliers in collaboration with internal departments
- Negotiation of commercial terms (price, deadlines, quality, payment conditions, contracts)
- Ensuring the availability of products and components necessary for production
- Management of follow-ups and order deadlines
- Updating and optimisation of the item database
- Management of supplier order portfolios


What we are looking for:
- Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, commerce, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing role, ideally in an industrial watchmaking environment
- Proficiency with ERP tools, knowledge of Proconcept essential
- Knowledge of contractual aspects and commercial practices
- Mastery of negotiation techniques
- Analytical skills and synthesis ability
- Rigour, organisational skills, and stress resistance
- Interpersonal ease and team spirit
- Knowledge of ProConcept
