Role:
In this role, you take on the strategic and operational management of client representation for demanding infrastructure projects. You are responsible for the overall control of construction projects throughout the entire lifecycle - from needs assessment through planning and realisation to commissioning. You ensure that quality, costs, deadlines, and sustainability goals are met and represent the interests of the client towards internal and external stakeholders. You lead interdisciplinary project teams, make pioneering decisions, and establish clear standards and processes for professional project execution. In addition, you identify and utilise optimisation and innovation potentials in infrastructure to actively shape the future development of the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
You develop the area of construction and infrastructure projects further and lead a committed team of specialists.
You support internal clients in the development, organisation, and successful implementation of demanding projects.
You accompany complex construction projects holistically - from the concept phase through planning to realisation.
You coordinate various departments, manage project workflows, and ensure quality, functionality, and goal achievement.
You promote the exchange of expert knowledge, trends, and new technologies within the organisation.
Qualifications:
You have a degree as an architect or civil engineer and experience in infrastructure and project management.
You bring several years of experience as a client representative, project manager, or consultant on complex construction projects.
You have experience leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating various stakeholders.
You possess in-depth knowledge of construction, building, and energy technology and understand the interrelations of large projects.
You work pragmatically, networked, and solution-oriented and find suitable solutions even for complex challenges.
