In this role, you take responsibility for auditing clients from the public sector and related institutions and gain a comprehensive insight into numerous companies. You work interdisciplinarily with recognised specialists and can take on responsibility early. Your personal development is central, supported by external training, a broad internal seminar offering, a leadership development programme, possible secondments abroad, and individual support. In this position, you contribute to further expanding the public sector audit mandates in the Zurich economic area and setting decisive impulses.
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional auditing and consulting of clients from the public sector and the non-profit sector
You competently advise on accounting, financial reporting (HRM), and annual financial statements as well as on the further development of internal control systems
You pass on your experience as a technical leader to junior auditors and support their development
Together with the team, you further develop internal tools and processes and actively contribute to client acquisition
At the same time, you expand your network in the public sector and maintain contact with relevant decision-makers
Qualifications:
You have a degree as a certified auditor and are authorised as an audit expert; experience in the public sector is a prerequisite
Ideally, you also have knowledge in accounting or auditing of municipalities, cantons, or public institutions
You have excellent written and spoken German and communicate clearly, understandably, and concisely
