Certified Automation Technician (M/F)

Within our Sigma Temporary Industry & Technology department, we are pleased to collaborate with a well-known company in Valais, active in the fields of automation, industrial equipment, and technical installations. To meet their needs, we are actively seeking a:

Your responsibilities:

• Wiring of electrical cabinets and control panels
• Assembly, installation, and commissioning of automated systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and technical diagrams
• Inspection, testing, and validation of equipment before delivery
• Troubleshooting and repair of industrial installations
• Adjustment, configuration, and optimisation of automated systems
• Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Collaboration with production, maintenance teams, and technical offices
• Compliance with quality, safety procedures, and current standards

Your profile:

• Certified Automation Technician or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in industrial wiring, maintenance, or automation
• Excellent knowledge of electrical diagrams and plan reading
• Knowledge of pneumatics, electrotechnics, and automation
• Proficiency with measuring and testing tools
• Autonomous, rigorous, and methodical person
• Analytical mindset and strong diagnostic skills
• Driving licence and vehicle, an advantage
