Are you an expert in precision CNC programming and skilled in the finesse of grinding? We are looking for our client, a major player in high-precision microtechnology, a CNC Programmer for the Grinding sector (M/F).

Your Main Responsibilities
Programming & Optimisation: Carry out CAD/CAM programming using the AlphaCAM solution for the precision grinding machine fleet.
Setup & Adjustments: Ensure preparation, complex adjustment, and initial commissioning of machines on Recomatic CT500 / CT501 CNC and Crevoisier CNC.
Production Monitoring: Analyse manufacturing plans, define grinding operation sequences, and select appropriate tooling (wheels, cutting conditions).
Quality & Improvement: Validate first parts (high-precision self-inspection), correct dimensional deviations, and optimise cycle times within a continuous improvement approach.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to grinding cell operator-setters during the launch of new series.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Mandatory experience: Solid practical experience and proven mastery of Recomatic CT500/501 CNC and/or Crevoisier CNC machines.
Software skills: Operational proficiency with AlphaCAM software for grinding/machining programming.
Education: CFC / CAP / BEP / Bac Pro / BTS in Precision Mechanics, Microtechnology or Machining.
Technical know-how: Excellent reading of complex plans, mastery of high-precision measuring instruments, and good knowledge of thermal constraints/surface conditions specific to grinding.
Rigorous, methodical and passionate about ultra-high precision.
Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex technical problems.
Good interpersonal skills, autonomy and a taste for teamwork.
