Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed service technician to take on the following exciting tasks:

You are responsible for the installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art punching machines with high-speed technology directly at the end customers’ sites

• Performing diagnostics and resolving technical faults on drive systems such as Sinamics S120 and Simodrive 611

• Maintenance and updates of control software on industrial computer systems with Beckhoff technology ?

• Training customer staff in the correct handling and maintenance of the machinery

• Supporting the internal service team as well as the training department with your expertise

• Assisting in electrical assembly during the induction period ?

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

You have completed vocational training as an electromechanic, automation technician, or an equivalent technical qualification

• Several years of professional experience in technical field service, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering with an international focus

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• High reliability and strong customer-oriented thinking

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional appearance

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage

• High willingness to travel, about 70% to 80% of working time ?

• Driving licence class B
