CNC Programmer

Your mission

Within our Industrialisation department, you contribute to the development and optimisation of machining processes. Thanks to your expertise in CNC programming and CAM, you ensure manufacturing processes that are efficient, reliable, and compliant with quality, productivity, and safety requirements.

You play a key role in the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and support the industrialisation of new products.

Your responsibilities

• Program new parts and optimise CNC programmes using software.
• Develop, test, and validate programmes on CNC machining centres.
• Develop and optimise machining strategies to improve industrial performance.
• Participate in the industrialisation of new products and the evolution of manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to setters and production operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
• Document programmes, machining strategies, and associated technical data.
• Integrate technical data according to nomenclature and archiving standards.
• Participate in the development and improvement of post-processors.
• Design and maintain:
  • specific cutting tools
  • jigs and tooling
  • tool databases
  • phase plans

Your profile

• Training as an ES Technician, Federal VET Diploma in polymechanics - micromechanics or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in CNC programming and machining processes.
• Good command of CAM programming.
• Strong knowledge of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres.
• Experience in optimising and automating manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of GibbsCAM is an advantage.
• Good command of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite.
