Responsibilities:
You lead projects from the concept phase to commissioning and handover
You coordinate internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
You ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
You oversee the technical implementation and monitor assembly and commissioning processes
You prepare technical documentation and project reports
You identify optimisation potentials and implement measures to increase efficiency
You act as the central contact person for customers throughout the entire project duration
Qualifications:
Completed technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or plant engineering)
Further education at HF/FH level or equivalent qualification in project management
Several years of experience in managing mechanical and plant projects
Strong organisational and coordination skills as well as assertiveness
Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and solution-focused
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel depending on project location
