Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Our partner serves high-tech sectors such as MedTech, GreenTech, semiconductors, vacuum, optics or aerospace, but also traditional industrial customers such as the machinery or automotive industry.
From development to series production, you offer tailor-made outsourcing solutions from a single source. Engineering, contract manufacturing (including cleanroom assembly), metal processing and surface treatment are among their core competencies, which you further develop with a strong focus on digitalisation. Our partner offers a holistic service for their customers, including the development of suitable technology for the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all building infrastructures and the surroundings
- Your tasks include recording, processing and resolving faults and organising the repairs
- You lead and organise planned maintenance tasks
- You accompany the work of external service technicians and ensure safety
- You take care of cost control and optimisations
- Inspections, garden work and occasional cleaning are also part of your duties
Qualifications:
- You have a completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a maintenance specialist or a similar qualification
- You have experience in the repair and maintenance of all building services
- You are ready to play an important role in the team and support it long-term
- You hold a driving licence of category B
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
