Mandated by one of our clients, a leading organisation in the environmental engineering sector, I am currently seeking a future colleague to lead their execution department.

Your Mission
Reporting to management, you play a pivotal role within an entity specialised in hydraulic and environmental infrastructures. Your mission is to transform technical concepts into operational realities while managing the company’s key personnel.
Strategic Management: Oversee the entire project portfolio (studies, procurement, finances) and ensure a trusting relationship with clients.
Team Management: Allocate resources, appoint project leaders and support project managers in achieving their objectives.
Operational Optimisation: Lead continuous improvement of the execution cycle, from design to commissioning, refining management and sizing tools.
Quality & Performance Control: Ensure rigorous control of budgets, schedules and quality standards across all sites.
Your Profile
Education: Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) with a specialisation in mechanical or process engineering.
Expertise: Proven experience in the water treatment field (wastewater, industrial or potable).
Language Skills: Perfect command (C1/C2) of French and German is essential.
Soft Skills: With an entrepreneurial spirit, you combine diplomacy and leadership to unite your teams around complex projects. You are recognised for your proactivity and organisational rigour.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in common IT tools and ease with new digital project management systems.
